You can collect your order from our store location free of charge, please select the shipping option PICK UP on section 2 (Order Options) at check out.

To collect your order please let us know your name and order number on arrival to the store.

Domestic shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Signed & Tracked charged at £6.00, tracking information will be provided once the item has been dispatched. UK orders are usually received within 2 working days once a marked as shipped.

Returns / Exchanges

piercing & body jewellery is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

However if you have any concerns please drop us an email on the contact form with any issues and we will do our best to make you happy :) (Jewellery which is inserted into the body is non- negotiable)

faulty items

If the item is faulty or you have any concerns, our customer service team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have, just drop us an email on the contact form with any issues.

If you believe your item has arrived faulty please contact us via email within 24hrs of delivery.

We will happily exchange or refund the faulty item(s), once the goods have been deemed faulty, all our items are checked thoroughly before being sent.
